PHOTOGRAPHER’S LOG:

That tomb was cooler than a jazz cat, but I was sweating bullets. Rumor had it Zarana was taking a private tour for some typically nefarious reason. Turned out to be solid intel. She slowly materialized in front of me...pressed into the shadows like she'd been there for a thousand years. Silent and stiller than Amon Toth's mummified remains. Except for that Cobra-trash smirk creeping across her smug mug.

She was a total ghost to the Joe search team; clutching some sort of gizmo that looked like a technological Trapper Keeper...or maybe a George Foreman Grill. Turned out to be a DNA Extraction Device Dr. Mindbender cooked up. Go figure.

Crazy times.
